We are hiring for leading MNC-BPO's in Gurgaon Locations.

PROFILE:- CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Roles and Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries in a timely and Accurate way.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Follow up with customer to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customer complaints

Desired Candidate Profile

Both Graduate and Undergraduate can apply
Must be ok with Work from Office
Should be okay with voice process.
Good English communications is required
Must be fully Vaccinated.
Can join Immediately.

Working Days: 6 days
Rotational Shifts
Interview Mode: walk in
Interview Rounds: HR,OPS

SALARY

GURUGRAM - 2.20 LPA CTC TO 4 LPA CTC
