Role: HR Recruiter
Location: Mumbai Goregoan (East)
Joining: Immediate Basis
Reporting to: Manager - Operations.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years (And above)
Functional Area: Tracking processes for applicants and open positions, Interview assessment techniques.
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or MBA
Specific responsibilities:
To Handle end to end recruitment to meet client Requirements.
Shortlist of candidate as per client requirments.
Interviewing candidate for the required job role.
Forwarding the candidates resume to the client.
Post interview follow-up with the offered candidates and check on their joining dates and ensure that the candidates join the organization and also maintain a healthy relation after the candidates joining as well.
Build and maintain network of potential candidates internally and externally by developing networking relationships to include succession planning.
Follow up with the selected candidates on everyday basis with latest updates and co-ordinate with the clients too.
Scheduling and co-coordinating interviews between Candidates and Clients.
Short listing candidates through telephonic interview.
Analyze the clients requirements.
Sending mass mails as per the requirements on portals.
Screening of CVs through responses received through various job portals like Naukri, Monster, Times jobs, employee references & job posting.
Maintaining database with latest updates of each and every candidate.
