About the Role
You will be responsible for reaching out and supporting customers in their car buying journey with Spinny. You will play a critical
role in customer engagement and must understand customer requirements to recommend products according to their needs.

An ideal candidate would be a hardworking and enterprising individual, with excellent analytical and communication
skills. Interested candidates must have an ingenious, scientific approach to problems, backed by a strong outcome-
oriented point of view. Interested candidates must have demonstrated experience in customer service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Building a relationship with the customer over call as the first point of contact from Spinny
Engaging in active listening with callers, making recommendations for products or services that may enhance their journey
Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
Understanding and striving to exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service
Scheduling customer visits to retail hubs for the hub teams to take further
Requirements:
1+ years relevant work experience in call center / BPO / tele-sales
Graduate degree
Fluent verbal communication skills English and regional language
Demonstrated experience in customer service
Keyskills: kannada inside sales retail sales outbound sales telesales
