 Assistant Manager - HRBP

Job Description

:

  • Resolve employee relations issues and address employee grievances by proactively partnering with employees on a regular basis.
  • Act as the cultural ambassador for the organization and drive initiatives to promote the same.
  • Implement Employee Engagement process in the organization and own the fun at work element of the process.
  • Support in creating best-in-class people policies and ensure implementation of the same.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees.
  • Ensure smooth exit process for employees.
  • Interpret human resources policy to company management.
  • Create detailed reports on HR costs.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience of minimum 4 years as an HRBP role.
  • Good knowledge of regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Experience designing compensation and benefits packages.
  • Ability to develop clear and fair company policies.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Team management skills.
