Job Description
:- Resolve employee relations issues and address employee grievances by proactively partnering with employees on a regular basis.
- Act as the cultural ambassador for the organization and drive initiatives to promote the same.
- Implement Employee Engagement process in the organization and own the fun at work element of the process.
- Support in creating best-in-class people policies and ensure implementation of the same.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees.
- Ensure smooth exit process for employees.
- Interpret human resources policy to company management.
- Create detailed reports on HR costs.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of minimum 4 years as an HRBP role.
- Good knowledge of regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
- Experience designing compensation and benefits packages.
- Ability to develop clear and fair company policies.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Team management skills.
