Position: Legal Manager (AM/DM/Manager).  CTC : upto 6 LPA   No. of Vacancies : 1. Jaipur - 1 2. Ahmedabad - 1   Job Summary: The Legal Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the legal title verification process. This role involves conducting thorough examinations of legal documents related to property and collateral. The Legal Manager collaborates with internal departments, external legal vendors and other stakeholders to mitigate legal risks and provide accurate assessments of legal title.   Responsibilities:   Perform comprehensive legal title verification and due diligence processes for mortgage loans Review legal documents, such as deeds, contracts, agreements, and certificates, to ensure their authenticity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Investigate and resolve any legal title issues or discrepancies identified during the verification process. Coordinate with external legal vendor, ensure that legal due diligence of the property is done within stipulated TAT. Advise internal stakeholders, including loan officers, underwriters, and senior management, and sales team on legal title-related matters and potential risks. Develop and implement policies and procedures for legal title verification, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices related to legal title verification, and incorporate them into the company's processes and policies. Train and educate company's employees on legal title verification procedures, ensuring awareness and adherence to legal requirements.
