Job Description

Electrical maintenance engineers perform maintenance on electrical systems and backup systems, as well as various electricity-powered machinery and equipment. Electrical maintenance engineers typically work full-time hours in industrial and factory environments during all shifts, including nights and weekends, depending on the needs of the hiring company. Electrical maintenance engineers report to the head engineer, foreman, or a similar direct supervisor. Electrical maintenance engineers work autonomously with little supervision, but at times also work within the framework of a team environment.
