Desired Candidate Profile

As Chief Software Engineer you will be a senior technical leader with responsibly for the overall technical direction and architectural approach to enable successful delivery of Next Generation Converged Infrastructure (NGCI) automation software.

A key member of the core leadership team responsible for delivery of NGCI automation software.
Set the best high-level architectural direction for the NGCI automation software within the program constraints agreed with the business.
Preside over the high-level technical design activities, decisions and recommendations spanning NGCI automation software in line with Dell Technologies Business and NGCI program objectives.
Work with technical leaders and their teams, to drive architectural and technological solution consistency across NGCI automation software to enable clean integration and delivery of software across multiple teams.
Review software designs and deliverables impacting overall automation software architecture and direction.
Maintain an up to date view of current and planned features of NGCI automation software being delivered by multiple teams.
Support engineering management in setting, driving, advocating engineering best practices to deliver high quality software in an efficient and timely manner.
Communicate NGCI automation software architecture and capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
