Kotak Life is Hiring for Branch Training Manager..

Location: Bangalore (BTM Layout)

Roles and Responsibilities

Branch Training Manager -

Coach and mentor new distributors and new entrants in the organization.

Develop consultant trainers to manage licensing of life advisors.

Conduct product trainings for the existing distributors to enable quality sales.

Support digital enablement of distribution

Support in creating consistent distribution for the branch.

Retention of new quality creation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Trainers from minimum 2 years of experience in BFSI industry OR

Sales Managers with 2-8 years of BFSI Sales experience.
