- We are looking for candidates from Logistics / Operations background, should have experience in handling Bikers for Deliver and Pick up for our Big Laundry.com company to work from Bengaluru location for the below profile.
- Candidates who have experience or knowledge working in industries such as food aggregators or any other aggregators business model, marketplace business model, etc and the one who doesn't mind working from ground.

Job Purpose :
- To ensure the efficient operations of Logistics through coordinating with Logistic team for delivery and pick up of materials and its effective utilization that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.
- To improve operational efficiency and thereby increase revenue and building a brand image in the respective operational activities of the company.
Primary duties and responsibilities :
- Direct, administrate, and monitor all activities of the Logistics operations through an effective Logistics Management, within the strategy and objectives defined by the management
- Participate in designing and enforcement of objectives, policies and procedures of the function.
- Define KPIs for the Logistics personnel
- Define responsibilities and authorities for key personnel in the Operation and logistic team.
- Advise management on enhancement of activities
- To monitor the operation of Pick-up and the delivery of particular materials/goods and the allocation of delivery personnel.
- Manage issues related to logistics cancellations and re-schedules
- To ensure adequate pick-up bags and delivery bags are available at all times
- Periodic audit the logistics bags
- Monitor the attendance of the logistic personnel and submit the attendance to HRD
- Control the auto and petrol expenses and their claims.
- Ensure the pick and delivery panel are updated daily.
- Ensure compliance to safety, health and environment rules and regulations
- Liaising with the factory if any quality and logistics issues
- MIS reporting
- Perform other duties as and when assigned
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
