7- 10 years of which min 3-5 years as HR Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic HR :
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall Corporate strategy
2. Optimize organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business
3. Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business
Manpower Planning & Talent aquistion:
4. Develop and gain agreement on workforce planning for India Ops
5. Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plan and strategies
6. Supervise TA Executive to ensure time to fill is minimal at all times
Talent Management :
7. Rollout PMS system and policies as per corporate directive
8. Collate annual training and development needs and develop an annual training calendar and ensure its achievement
9. Identify and grow talent to fill leadership and business-critical positions for the future
10. Work on Succession planning and PDP for critical positions
Compensation & Benefits :
11. Design fair and attractive compensation plans to attract high quality employees and reduce turnover
12. Implementing reward and recognition progam to increase bottom-line results
13. Do annual salary benchmark and develop a robust Comp & Benefit program
Business Partnership :
14. Collaborate with the leadership team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired
15. Run employee engagement program to build morale of the teamwork
16. Handle all Employee relations matters and ensure HR policies are adhered at all time
HR Digitalization & Reporting :
17. Drive the corporate agenda for SAP impelmentation as per plan
18. Prepare HR Dashbard reports and submit to the leadership on a regular basis
19. Develop project plans and ensure projects are delivered on time
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Human Resource Management & In depth knowledge on HR Practices.
