IIFL Finance (Gold loan) is hiring Sales Manager and Loan Manager in Mumbai (Kandivali) and Thane location.

Candidates with experience in Gold Loan or any sales background vertical can also apply.

Job Description for Sales Manager role :

Generate fresh leads through self sourcing/references
Meet and Pitch IIFL Gold Loan offerings to potential customers at their Door Step
Build a long term relationship with portfolio customers to ensure continuity of business and referrals.
Coordinate with different Team to resolve issues in on-going transactions & ensure flawless execution of the process.

Job Description for Loan Manager role:

Responsible for appraising the Gold Ornaments & verify KYC at Customers door step.
Responsible to travel with in the assigned territory/cluster for disbursing loans as per the laid process.
Coordinate with respective stakeholders for grievance handling related Customers, Disbursal, Process etc.
