Job Description

Roles & Responsibility

To acquire new to Bank Clients in the High net worth segment and reference generation from the specified catchment
Focus on NTB /Acquisition/Sales of HNI/UltraHNI/NRI Clients
To achieve daily/weekly/monthly customer acquisition target
Build and deepen relationships with existing Wealth Customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues.
Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
Ensure ongoing self-development.
Manage the key performance indicators at the highest level.
Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics and assets in the Bank and in other places.

Sales

Aggressive Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
Should necessarily be from Sales background with experience in sales and clients acquisition
Candidate should have worked on Sales assignment and should possess flair for customer engagement and acquiring new client.

Required Profile :

- Minimum Graduate with at least 1year of experience in CASA/Insurance Sales

- Banking experience is added advantage

- Good communication skills

- Presentable
