Role: SBA/SME

Job Location : Ahmedabad

Shift Time:1:00 PM - 10:00 PM ( UK Shift)

Fluency in English Written and Spoken

SAP Knowledge (FICO + SD + MM )

Education: Commerce Graduate

Accounts Receivable minimum 3+ years experience

Ensure proper accounting of B2B customer receipts in SAP on the day of receipt

- Ensure receipts are identified and applied in SAP against the relevant Sales invoice it corresponds to ensure due date of invoices are correctly reported through SAP

- Maintain credit limits of customers in SAP as per credit limit approved by the credit insurance company

- Prepare Monthly and weekly reports for the business as set out in SOP

- Generate Credit notes through SAP as an when required as per business transaction

- Perform Inter co reconciliations

- Generate Inter co debit/Credit notes

- Actively support the finance function during month end closing process

- Ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of sales and receipts of ECOM business

- Issue refunds to ECOM customers through various Gateway portal

- Ensure reconciliation and accounting of Cash collection from various stores in the UK

- Prepare SOP related to assigned task

- Process Improvement
