Job Title: Business Executive (Female Candidates Only)
Job Type: Full-time
Job Location: AECS Layout, BrookField
Job Description: We are a leading NGO dedicated to improving the lives of people in need. We are looking for a talented and motivated Tele calling Executive (Female Candidates Only) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential donors and supporters to acquire new donors, manage relationships with existing donors, and support fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters to raise funds and create awareness about the NGO's work.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Update donor databases and track donor activity.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop and implement effective fundraising campaigns.
- Meet daily and weekly fundraising targets.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on fundraising activities.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or tele calling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi or command over any regional language.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organization skills.
- Ability to meet daily and weekly fundraising targets.
- Female candidates only.
Salary: Rs. 2,00,000 to Rs. 3,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
