Roles and Responsibilities
* Heading Design team
* Conceptualizing & Developing Luxury Design
* Designing hands-on in Menswear/ Womenswear, Luxury, Design for Royalty, Wedding/ Event Wear, Textile Development, Seasonal Collection, Capsule collection, Furnishing , Accessories, Hardgoods / Furnishing / Apparel, Haute Couture .
* Developing Mood Board, Colour Board, Illustration, Story Board Creation etc
* Designing for Fashion Week
* Exceptional Aesthetic Sense
* Handling and developing team - graphic designer, textile designer etc
* Development of Fashion Magazine Ads ( directing to graphic design team )
Desired Candidate Profile Hands-on ::
- PG is must, PG in Luxury Design / Fashion Design / Textile Design
- Hands-on in working with tools- Photoshop , In-design, etc
- 8+ years of relevant experience in hands-on competencies and team management.
- Hands-on in team handling & delivery on time
- Excellent in coordination and timely delivery of sampling with sampling / embroidery / PD department.
Job Location :
- Position will be based out of Headquarter of Raghavendra Rathore at Gurgaon, Haryana.
