Job Description

Dear Candidate,

Tech Mahindra is Hiring for Release of Information (Healthcare) - Semi Voice process - ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS.

Job Description:

Must have knowledge on HIPAA, EMR, EHR.
Respond to E-mails from medical and support personnel requesting medical records or patient identification to be read from the record.
Enter Log medical record requests into MRO database.
Address all incoming requests including opening mail, telephone inquiries, and retrieving facsimile inquiries, depending on the needs to the client.
Have to review requestor information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Any Graduates & Post Graduates with HealthCare experience

Work location: HYDERABAD BAHADURPALLY Tech Mahindra Campus

Flexibility: 24/7 with 2 rotational Off

2-way cab facility

Salary: Best in Market

Interview Process:

1st Round: HR (Telephonic)

2nd Round: OPS 1 (Virtual video call)

3rd Round: OPS 2 (Virtual video call)
