We offer sinful drinks and globalized lip smacking multi-cuisine dishes. We are located in Sarjapur Road, Bangalore.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for highly energetic and experienced steward and captain for a newly launched restaurant RURAL BLUES-RESTOBAR in Sarjapur Road, Bangalore.
Designation : Senior Steward / Captian/Steward
Experience : 1-4 years
Qualification : Hotel Management diploma
Job Location : Sarjapur Road,Bangalore
Responsibilities
Always greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience and maintain highest standards of service to client
Maintain High Standards of Personal Appearance
Ability to manage customers at peak hours
greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. You should also be available to work in shifts.
Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or Waiter/Waitress
Understanding of restaurant etiquette
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Experience in managing reservations
Demonstrable customer-service skills
Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
Ultimately, you ll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.
Requirements
Proven working experience in multicuisine restaurant/Restobar / Pub as steward and Captian
Candidates preferred who worked in places where covered more than 150 seats
should have good menu knowledge and willing to learn.
pleasant personality and good marketing & sales skill is mandatory.
must have good knowledge of Bar, IMFL cocktails and mocktails
Ability to Multitask and excellent communication skill
