"Responsibilities

• Create effective paid search strategies
• Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns on multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Strong keyword research and audience targeting
• Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
• Track KPIs to assess performance and proactively fill the gaps
• Write engaging and optimised ad copies
• Liaise with graphic/video artist to create ad collaterals as required
• Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
• Optimise website landing pages to optimise overall ad performance
• Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
• Work effectively with senior management, other marketing areas and sales

Requirements and skills

• Proven core experience of 4-5 years as a PPC expert
• Digital Marketing/Google Ads/Google Analytics certification is a plus
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of Google Analytics
• Strong understanding of HTML, XML, WordPress is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ownership of the entire paid marketing funnel
• Agile and committed to work in a start-up culture"
