an ideal candidate should have passed Bcom / Mcom from a reputed university , he should have 5 years of experience in working in accounts department , he should know the following works
1. maintaining books of accounts
2. preparation of ledger accounts and trail balance
3. preparation and filing of Income tax returns
4. preparation and filing of GST returns
5. bank reconciliation statement preparation
6. helping in finalization of profit and loss a/c , trail balance and balance sheet
7. he should have worked in tally erp 9 software and good working knowledge in MS EXCEL will be added advantage
8. he should be willing to help his assistants to complete the work assigned to them quickly
