a). Identify goals and objectives of the sales team. Be clear on your sales targets. Make sure the targets are realistic and achievable. Also assign a fixed timeline to achieve the targets.

c). Devise strategies as per the target audience. Know your market well.
d). Developing Sales pipeline.
3. Direct Executions
a) Managing enrollments/sales for the respective project/program by developing a business plan that covers sales & its revenue achievement
b) Meeting planned sales goals.
c) Promoting the organization and products.
d) Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products/services
e) Reporting Sales and activities in prescribed reporting formats
f) Tracking, monitoring consumer connecting by the team on the CRM
g) Team alignment as per the organizations growth model.
