Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. Good knowledge of working in HR and Admin department of a large MNC.
2. To act as a Single Point of contact (SPOC) for the internal Guests (employees) of Finsmart Accounting.
To resolve the queries with reference to the effective working of various department in the Organisation.
3. To lead and manage various events of the business from birthday greetings to different events
in the Organisation i.e., Birthdays, picnics, various events, employee engagement activities,
blood donation, outdoor sports, etc
4. To act as a Single Point of contact (SPOC) for the Guests of Finsmart Accounting.
To schedule and arrange for meetings and conferences, manage travel arrangements
of both personal and business nature. To attend to the calls, emails, Clients, guests, etc
and handle the requests and queries accordingly. Ability to attend and interact with
High Profile Clients and Executives.
5. To book hotels and travel arrangements for the Guests. Also to arrange for refreshment,
gifts and local travel during their visit to Pune.
6. To co-ordinate and communicate the various Internal communication from the management
and form a feedback system. To create various policies and protocals and implement the same.
Should have knowledge of basic Admin Activities like Inventory management, housekeeping,
canteen management, etc
7.To process payroll independently on a monthly basis and generate various management
reports as and when required from time to time.
8. To assist the Director with the day- to- day schedule by maintaining his/her business and
personal appointments. To manage the Directors calendar and appointment schedule and to
record messages and notes from the Director.
9. To conduct the Induction and Orientation of the New Joinees on a monthly basis.
To introduce them to the management and the staff members working in various departments.
To co-ordinate for Training activities and proper office communication.
10. To handle all the documentation relating to the new joinees and existing employees.
To maintan their personal records and handle the entire employee life cycle.
11. To prepare the various letters like Appointment, confirmation, etc as per the schedule. Apart from this to ensure smooth functioning of various departments.

1. Good written and Verbal English communication.
2. People management skills with ability and willingness to handle multiple tasks and assignments.
3. Good hands-on Excel, Payroll and employee management.
4. Accuracy, Transparency, Pro- Active, Sincere, Confident, Multi- Tasking, Goal Oriented, Positive and Visionary approach, Leader, Team Work, Decision Making, etc
5. To follow any other instructions from the management from time to time.
