Job Summary:
We are looking for an Associate Recruiter who has a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or call center or voice process experience. As an Associate Recruiter, you will act as a strategic hiring partner to our clients in the US. Achieve staffing objectives by conducting full-cycle recruiting functions including posting, sourcing, calling, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and recommending candidates.
We are looking for Talent with good communication Skill for the international recruitment process (Night Shift because of the US Market).
Job Title: Associate Recruiter
Timings: Complete Night Shift (5.30 pm to 3.30 am)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Manyata Embassy Business Park, Outer Ring Road, Nagawara, Hebbal, Bangalore 560045
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Recruiter will act as a strategic hiring partner for our clients in the US. Achieve staffing objectives by conducting full-cycle recruiting functions including posting, sourcing, calling, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and recommending candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of the required facility you are working in or the respective client
- Take care of the End-to-End recruitment cycle.
- Understand the requirement and client's needs and shortlist suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
- Working on different Job portals such.
- Negotiate the rates/salary with the candidates.
- Maintain regular reports.
- Coordinate with the candidates for the interview timings and joining formalities.
