Job Description and KRA for Front Desk Executive:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk
Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and
administrative support to parents, visitors, and staff. The Front Desk Executive will serve as the first
point of contact for anyone entering the building and will play a key role in ensuring a positive and
professional experience for all. Front Desk Executive will report to the Central Admin Head (LWS)
and Sr. Vice President-Administration of Lodha Group at Corporate Office.
The responsibilities for the Front Desk Executive detailed out as below:
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome, parents, staff, students and guests in a professional and courteous
manner.
Manage and direct incoming & outgoing calls, taking messages and handling inquiries as
necessary.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Provide information and assistance to parents, visitors, and vendors, directing them to the
appropriate department or person.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as coordinating meetings, data entry, filing, and
document preparation.
Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Manage mail and deliveries, including sorting and distributing mail and packages.
Ensure the security and safety of the building by monitoring the entrance and exit points.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional demeanour and appearance.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment.LODHA WORLD SCHOOL
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Any Graduate
Preferably Female candidate with 3-6 years of past experience with customer service or
administrative support role
