Job description: Smooth functioning of Front Office activities round the clock. Giving relevant information to the patient OPD Billing which includes Registration, Consultation & Investigation. Updating of the OPD Schedule as per direction by the Management.
Required Candidate profile: Thorough information about the various charges, investigations etc. To check the pamphlets are fully available in the displays or not. Handling the patient queries. Receiving telephone calls.
Minimum 1 yr Hospital exp. in Front Office
Must have Good Communication Skill
Willing to work in Rotational Shift
