Chef De Cuisine planning various types of menus.
Chef De Cuisine preparing purchase specifications for all foundation ingredients.
Forecasting volume of sales and scheduling the production process accordingly.
Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
Chef Hiring and training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
Creating new recipes to regularly update the menu.
Stocktaking ingredients and equipment, and placing orders as needed.
Other Details:
Minimum 2 Years of experience
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
