Key Responsibilities:
1. Head Chef / Sous Chef:
Lead kitchen operations and ensure quality preparation of Italian and Continental dishes.
Develop innovative menus and oversee food presentation standards.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, maintaining consistency in food quality.
2. Pastry Makers / Bakers:
Prepare high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
Experiment with recipes and create new desserts to match culinary trends.
3. Butchers:
Prepare, cut, and portion meat to precise specifications.
Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
4. Commis Chefs:
Assist senior chefs with food preparation and daily operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Requirements:
Experience:
Head Kitchen Chef: 812 years
Sous Chef: 510 years
Pastry Makers / Bakers: 48 years
Commis Chef: 14 years
Proficiency in Italian, Continental, or Mexican cuisine is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
Excellent leadership, creativity, and time management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Age: Below 45 years.
Experience in 5-star hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or premium catering companies.
Flexibility to relocate and work in a multicultural environment.
