We are hiring for Packaging Executive for FMCG industry
Job location - Guntur, Andhra pradesh
Designation- Packaging Executive
Salary - 5LPA - 8 LPA
Experience - 1-4 years
Qualification - Diploma in packaging from( IIP- Indian institute of packaging.
PURPOSE OF JOB
Oversee the packing operations of spices in retail and bulk packs in third-party locations as well
as develop relevant packaging for various customer/Product requirements
DUTIES && RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in developing packaging for specific customer needs
o Develop packing specifications as per customer and packing design criteria
o Develop vendors for specific quality requirements
o Assist in auditing the facilities of the packaging vendor
o Ensure all packaging is per Food Safety standards
o Coordinate testing of the packing material and develop accept/reject criteria
o Assist in identifying new packaging formats and scout for potential suppliers
o Address customer complaints/grievances related to packaging
Oversee order execution and ensure packing as per customer specification
o Supervise receipt of RM and FG to the Packing hub
o Prepare a packing plan as per the directions of the AM-Technical
o Indent for RM and PM
o Inspect all incoming RM and PM as per specifications
o Liaise with service provider for manpower planning, operations scheduling, hygiene
and infestation management ,
o To follow up with logistics/Finance for placement of vehicle / liaise with courier for
dispatch with all relevant documents
o Dispatch packing samples as per quality plan to the Spices Lab
o Document all operations in the packing hub as per requirements
Liaison with customer organization
o Liaise with relevant customer personnel along with marketing department and
provide options
Design
o Design&& Develop convenient && cost effective packaging by understanding
customer/Industry needs
o Implement best industry practices on packing
