Job Description
- Schedule and conduct appointments with potential customers to explore new business opportunities.
- Explain the benefits and features of Life Insurance plans and ensure they align with customer needs.
- Proactively source customer leads from your personal network to sell Life Insurance products.
- Follow up on provided leads, secure appointments, and convert leads into sales.
- Cross-sell and up-sell additional products to existing clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets as per the designated goal sheet.
- Age: 24 to 39 years.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate (Any stream).
- At least 6 months of experience in Life Insurance or BFSI sales.
- Should be a local resident with a natural market in the area.
- Must have access to a 2-wheeler/4-wheeler.
- Possess an Android-based smartphone.
