Job Description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Commerce Post Graduate or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in the solar/wind or electrical sector.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Planning and Strategy
2. Vendor Management & Development
3. Cost Management
4. Documentation and Reporting
5. Collaboration and Coordination
6. Ensure Quality Control by tracking proper FAT, Type test, Third party test etc. for material.
7. Ensure quality & Capable Supplier/vendor assessment by checking credential and factory inspection of the vendor.
8. Develop new vendors regularly.
9. Develop a Supply Chain Management team.
