- Minimum 1- 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

*Job Description:*
- Conduct screening of potential candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment interviews either in-person.
- Issue offer letters to selected candidates.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, deployment, and performance monitoring of subordinate staff.
- Regularly verify and update reports.
- Provide comprehensive information about projects, products, and profitability to interested parties.
- Supervise and support a team of 10 field executives to ensure project sustainability.
- Guide field Managers in project implementation in the field.
- Motivate and address queries of field Managers.
- Ensure the punctual submission of daily reports and assist in planning.
- Review and validate reports submitted by field Managers according to established standards
