Job Description
- Lead and execute audits of financial statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
- Evaluate internal controls, financial processes, and reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide junior auditors throughout the audit process, providing support and training.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
- Prepare and review financial reports and statements to ensure they are accurate, timely, and align with company policies.
- Audit payroll processes to ensure compensation, benefits, and tax compliance.
- Oversee audits in various financial areas, such as taxes, purchases, and returns.
- Work closely with management to offer insights and recommendations for enhancing financial controls and processes.
- Stay updated on accounting standards, auditing principles, and changes in relevant regulations and laws.
- CA Intermediate or MBA in Finance.
- At least 10 years of auditing experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, auditing practices, and internal controls.
- Proven experience leading and managing audit teams.
- In-depth understanding of tax laws, payroll audits, financial reporting, and compliance procedures.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
