Job Description
- Lead and conduct audits of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Review and evaluate internal controls, processes, and financial reporting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise and guide junior auditors, providing training, support, and leadership throughout the audit process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards, including tax and financial reporting requirements.
- Prepare and review financial reports and statements, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and in accordance with company policies.
- Audit payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in compensation, benefits, and tax compliance.
- Oversee audits related to various financial areas including taxes, purchases, and returns.
- Collaborate with management to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial controls and processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- CA Intermediate or MBA in Finance.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in auditing within a manufacturing company.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, auditing principles, and internal controls.
- Experience leading and supervising audit teams.
- Proficiency in tax laws, payroll audits, financial reporting, and compliance procedures.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
