Job Description
Main Purpose
The role will be responsible for building AOP and delivering against the growth & share targets. The role will have many touch points both externally and internally cover all PepsiCo BUs and wiring with many cross-functional teams to share customer priorities and set agenda.
Accountabilities
- Sales reporting, analysis, insight development weekly sales performance reports, monthly and quarterly business review analyses, and ad hoc analyses
- Regional reporting for West, Central, North and South once per period, which includes going into the Dasboard and ensuring reporting looks accurate, pulling in any necessary data outages and exporting PowerPoint slides into a folder to distribute. Distribution is to ten different groups across geography / BU .
- Pull sales, OOS and share data from customer dashboards across multiple customers including HEB, Meijer, Giant Eagle and others and submit to DTX team on a weekly basis
- Develop innovation launch support plans, collaborate with cross functional team for new product set up, customer sell in, and trial driving tactics.
- Partner with finance to align product pricing recommendations, build promotional budget,
- Collaborate with supply chain on monthly/quarterly forecasting, and fulfillment execution to achieve best fill rate and mitigate gaps & opportunities
Key Skills/Experience Required
- 6-10 yrs Proven success with cross-functional teams, project coordination and relentless execution & follow up
- Strong analytical skills as evidenced by high intelligence and previous ownership of comprehensive analytical tasks and projects
- Cross-functional literacy as evidenced by the ability to work with support functions such as Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance
- Strong problem-solving capabilities as evidenced by a track record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in an environment with incomplete information and tight timelines
- Instinct for executionas evidenced by strong organizational skills, prompt follow-up, and focus on task completion
- Sound communication skills as evidenced by the ability to educate and influence internal and external staff
- Resilience as evidenced by the courage maintain a positive attitude when faced with obstacles and the willingness to develop alternative approaches to overcome them
- Bias for action as evidenced by a track record of taking decisions in to drive the interests of the business while still maintaining highest levels of rigor and compliance
