Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support channel partners: Act as the face of the parent company and provide support to channel partners   
• Execute marketing activities: Carry out marketing activities as required by partners   
• Issue policies: Ensure policies are issued on time and resolve any pending issues   
• Customer engagement: Engage with customers to service their portfolio   
• Post-sales service: Provide prompt post-sales service in all areas   
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and other compliance standards   
• Sales calls: Conduct joint sales calls with the team to achieve business goals
