Assistant Manager in Bank Job Description

An Assistant Manager in a bank is responsible for supporting the branch manager in daily operations, customer service, and team management. This role involves ensuring that all banking activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with regulations while providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Assist the branch manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the bank.
Supervise and support staff to achieve sales targets and service standards.
Maintain and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily banking operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Monitor and manage staff performance, providing training and support as needed.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist in preparing financial reports and managing budgets.

Requirements and Skills

Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a banking or financial services environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience : 2 Yrs to 18 yrs .

Salary : 3.0 to 16.00 Lack Per Annum.

Location : Pan India.
