Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. General objective

• Take a lead to understand, set up and operate overall Production functions as per the company's objective in line with Vission and Mission relevant to our business and as per internal and external customer standards.
• Should have the transfer of skills and knowledge pertaining to operation standards, operating procedures, work instructions, ISO standards, and OSHAS.
• Overall knowledge of material preparation, fabrication standard, painting ( Liquid and powder coating ) standard and knowledge, Shot /grit blasting, and pre-treatment processes. Knowledge of handling measuring instruments related to mentored jobs. Should have knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and painting procedures.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Overall Responsible for Production of SIA Unit charge of SIA Shop Floor Ensure Safety standards, 5s, deliverables on time, adherence to company policy.
• Improve Quality standards and reduction of rejections by process stabilization Technical Review of Enquires and orders Interact with Customers for any technical Clarification Production Planning and work Allotment Followup for Delivery Schedule

3. KPIs

• Implementation of Maintenance Works System Works closely with colleagues to deliver and exceed the business plan of the company.
• Review of Customer Complaints and Initiating Corrective and Preventive Actions Control of Drawings on the Shop Floor Maintenance of Jigs / Fixtures / Gauges Allocation of Work Maintain Procution Records Preparation of Production Slips
• INTERNAL CUSTOMER PERSPECTIVE Improve Customer Satisfaction
• INTERNAL BUSINESS PROCESS Monthly Schedule Completion
