About Us: What You Will Do: Manage the risks associated with chargebacks/customer disputes, and build robust and standardized processes to manage and reduce chargeback/disputes across businesses Continually optimize and upgrade the chargeback/dispute service system based on rules/requirements of card schemes Lead a team of talented individuals running day to day operations and handle escalations, if any Monthly review with relevant business heads and other senior stakeholders Increase awareness around chargeback and dispute handling mechanisms among internal and external stakeholders. What You Will Need: 8-12 years of relevant experience in managing chargeback and dispute processes. 5+ years of leading and motivating teams.
