Responsible for daily production monitoring of a synthetic spinning plant pf capacity 30,000 spindles. Team building and production planning skills are must. Knowlwdge of latest genration machines and their maintenance schedules is needed. Direct workman related accountability and recruitment of fresh workmen.,
