Position: Associate Manager - Human Resource
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Experience: 6-10 years
Type: Permanent Full-Time Position


Job Description: As an Associate Manager HR Professional, you will be a critical part of our talent management and acquisition strategy, supporting our organizational growth and human capital development.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage full-cycle recruitment processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Conduct comprehensive talent acquisition strategies
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
Manage employee relations and engagement initiatives
Support performance management processes
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Assist in training and development programs
Collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning


Required Qualifications:


Master's Degree in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management
Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition
Strong understanding of HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
