Job Description
- Develop and design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media posts, and website content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
- Ensure consistency in design across all company platforms and materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
- Prepare final artwork for printing and digital distribution.
- Review and proofread designs for errors before printing or publishing.
- Maintain a well-organized library of design assets and project files.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite software, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and project types.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and typography.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
