A ) Job Description:

• Name of the Post :- Sr. Engineer Firmware Development
• Qualification :- B.E or M.Sc in Electronics or related domains
• Total Experience:- 4 to 7 Years
• Duty Hours Regular Office Hours :- (8:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
• Working days: - Mon to Fri (5 days Week)

We are looking for young and dynamic Electronics firmware development professional with following

B) Skills and Expertise.

• Design, build, and test efficient, high-quality embedded code.
• Analyze the project and participate in multi-way discussions with hardware designers to

familiarize yourself with the product.

• Develop tools and techniques for testing and verification
• Participate in code and design reviews
• Develop software specifications
• Create and manage documentation for active projects
• Knowledge of pre-processor directives, Pointers, Data Structures, HAL layer development.
• Knowledge about most of the MCU peripherals like SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, and LIN.
• Strong Documentation Skills. Should be able to prepare a well-documented firmware and

release notes.

• Collaborative working with teams. Should be able to maintain and share firmware using SVN

tools and strictly follow change management policies.

• Knowledge about Embedded hardware. No hardware design skills are required. Should be able to understand and debug the hardware during firmware development.
• Knowledge of working with different 8/16/32 bit MCU architectures from different

semiconductor manufacturers like Microchip, Renesas, and NXP.

• Knowledge of working on different IDEs like Renesas CS+, MPLAB, CodeWarrior, MCUExpresso.
• Knowledge of working with different hardware modules like GNSS, GPRS, TPMS, and Graphical LCD Display.
• Knowledge of Protocols like ISO15765-4, UDS, Modbus, AES Encryptions, MQTT.

C) Additional Skills and Expertise which will be an advantage:

• Working in Automotive Domain. Knowledge of Automotive processes like DFMEA, HARA, and APQP.
• Experience with low-power design and advanced sleep modes
• Knowledge of RF, BLE and NFC control systems
• Hands-on experience in developing test utilities using Visual Basic or Java is preferred.
