Job Description
- Job Responsibilities : Forecasting, strategizing, sourcing and contracting out of sourcing needs for a given business for multiple disciplines. Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute various types of contracts. Non-Disclosure Agreements, Sales / Purchasing Agreements, Sub-contracts, Consulting Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Master Agreements, review of customer proposed terms and conditions Engage with various stake holders for delivering their contracting needs Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters. Act as contractual #middleman# between company employees and customers, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations Review and update relevant standard conditions with legal /taxation department Guide / train team members at different locations or other operational staff, including on contracting practices and procedures. Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy. As appropriate, provide inputs to company policies. Ensure compliance by company employees with established procedures. Work with Risk Management Department / Finance to coordinate contractual insurance requirements. Monitor competitive terms. Monitor customer satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices. Recommend changes. Provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation. Handle on-going issue and change management. Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.) Maintain contracting plan and interact with site to implement same. Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal. Education Requirement : Knowledge of various service providers and their strength Taxation, Estimation and basic knowledge of contract labor laws Experience Requirement : Engineering Graduate with 18-22 years of experience in the field of service out sourcing. Skills & Competencies : Good interpersonal ,Communication & Presentation skills.,
