Product- Gold Loan

A gold loan executive's job is to manage the gold loan portfolio for a branch, and ensure that the business grows. They also help customers with their gold loan needs, and ensure that the loan process is executed smoothly.    Responsibilities
• Customer service: Help customers with their gold loan needs, including explaining product details and suggesting schemes   
• Lead generation: Find new customers through marketing, cold calls, and references   
• Loan processing: Ensure that loans are disbursed on time, and that the loan process is executed smoothly   
• Gold valuation: Ensure that the gold is valued correctly, and that the loan amount is calculated accurately   
• File management: Ensure that all files are received, stored, and updated correctly   
• Interest collection: Follow up with customers to ensure that interest is paid on time   
• Credit appraisal: Assess whether applicants qualify for loans, and sanction loans as per policy   
• Reporting: Prepare reports on the branch's performance, and track and control the team's performance
