Job Description

Overview The position of HTML/CSS Development - Junior is integral to our organization as it plays a key role in creating and maintaining visually appealing and user-friendly websites. The individual in this role will contribute to the front-end development of our digital platforms, ensuring high-quality designs and seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of front-end designs using HTML and CSS Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends Support the creation and maintenance of documentation Work in a team environment to achieve project goals Debug and troubleshoot technical issues Coordinate with web designers to match visual design intent Required Qualifications Understanding of HTML, CSS, and related web technologies Knowledge of responsive design principles Ability to translate UI/UX designs into code Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them Basic understanding of JavaScript and its interactions with HTML/CSS Proficiency in code versioning tools, such as Git Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field Experience with web design and development projects (e.g., internships, freelance work, personal projects) Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less) is a plus Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation) is a plus Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus Skills: html,css,front-end development,web design,responsive design,web,design,code,plus,application,principles,projects,skills,
