Position: Admin Associate
Location: Jammu and Srinagar
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 (NTH)
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Vehicle Management: Ensure compliance with Loginext standards and maintain all passenger vehicles.
Admin Provisioning: Share monthly admin provisioning details with the finance team.
Purchase Requests (PRs): Raise timely monthly admin PRs.
Travel Invoice Validation: Validate cost sheets and MIS for travel-related expenses.
Vendor Facilitation: Assist vendors in raising WCC and invoices within the system.
Courier Facility Management: Oversee and manage courier services.
Hotel Booking: Coordinate hotel bookings for the team traveling to Kashmir.
Event & Celebration Management: Organize celebrations for festivals, monthly birthday bashes, and special achievements.
Security Management: Ensure effective security measures for the office and staff.
Office Facility & Maintenance: Oversee office facilities and coordinate maintenance tasks.
Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth service delivery.
AMC for Office Equipment: Handle annual maintenance contracts for office equipment.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of office events.
NDC Management: Obtain NDCs from partners on a quarterly basis and ensure timely invoice processing.
Keyskills: provisioning management admin associate
