Job Description

    Role And Responsibilities Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents quickly to minimize impact on business operations. Ensure incidents are logged, prioritized, and tracked until resolution. Change Management: Oversee the change management process, ensuring all changes are assessed for risk, properly documented, and communicated to stakeholders. Ensure changes are implemented smoothly. Problem Management: Identify and analyze recurring incidents to determine root causes. Develop and implement solutions to prevent future incidents and improve overall service quality. Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvement. Reporting: Generate reports on incidents, changes, and problems to provide insights into service performance and areas for improvement. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles related to service management. Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on service management processes and tools. Must-Have Skills Experience in Service Management: Proven experience in incident, change, and problem management in an IT service management (ITSM) environment. ITIL Certification: ITIL Foundation or higher certification is strongly preferred. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to analyze incidents and identify underlying issues. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting. Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy) for managing incidents, changes, and problems. Attention to Detail: Ability to document processes and maintain accurate records. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.,
