Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in test automation using either Python, Java, or JavaScript, along with hands-on experience in frameworks like Robot Framework, Selenium, or Pytest. Strong knowledge of API testing and SQL is essential for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about quality, automation, and building robust testing solutions in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Pytest, or Robot Framework. Collaborate with development teams to understand application features and requirements. Perform API testing, ensuring seamless integration and robust functionality. Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend processes and data integrity. Develop and maintain a robust test automation strategy for continuous integration and deployment. Identify, document, and track software defects in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Analyze test results, debug failures, and work with developers to resolve issues. Stay updated with industry trends and recommend improvements to testing tools and processes. Required Skills And Qualifications Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript. Test Automation Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, or Pytest. API Testing: Proficiency in tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent. Database Knowledge: Strong skills in SQL for data validation and testing. Experience with version control systems like Git. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Educational Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
