Job Description

Requirements

• Electronics Design: Proficiency in electronics design, including circuit design, analog and digital electronics, and printed circuit board (PCB) layout. Familiarity with electronic components and their integration into EV sub systems.
  
• Strong knowledge of EV system architectures, including battery management systems, motor controllers, VCU, power electronics, charging systems, Telemetry, BT wifi, GPS and LTE.
  
• Experience with system-level design tools and software such as MATLAB, Simulink, and ORCAD,SI&PI tools.
  
• Conduct simulations and analyses to optimize system performance, efficiency, and safety.
  
• Defining Electrical wiring connections with different subsystems including wiring harness 2D/3D  drawings.
  
• Power Electronics: Knowledge of power electronics and their application in EV systems, including DC-DC converters, inverters, and power management systems. Understanding of power conversion, voltage regulation, and efficient energy transfer.
  
• Failure Analysis and Troubleshooting: Strong analytical skills to perform failure analysis and troubleshooting of EV electronics subsystems. Ability to identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions.
  
• Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and software developers. Ability to convey technical concepts and collaborate on project requirements
  
  Preferred :
  
  
• Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and safety standards such as ISO 26262 and SAE J1939.
  
• Understanding of production processes and manufacturing techniques for automotive systems.
  
• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools and simulation software for electric powertrain systems
  
• Familiarity with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles for electronics systems of the EV
  
• Knowledge of safety and failure analysis techniques for EV sub systems, such as fault tree analysis (FTA) or failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA)
  
• Hands on experience In Electrical and electronics industry is added as an advantage.
  
• Proficient with PLM tools such as Jira, Zoho,
