Job Description

Job Profile:

1) To appear in cases u/s 138 NI Act/25 PS Act on behalf of the company.

2) To coordinate with the em-paneled lawyers of the Company for the preparation of the cases.

3) To appear in the behalf the company in cases u/s 156(3) Cr P C & 200 Cr P C filed by the company.

4) To appear in the cases filed against the company like revision, appeal, criminal complaints, consumer complaints, execution, civil suits, etc.

5) To appear in High Court for various cases filed by/against the Company like Appeals, Writ Petitions, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.Litigation Management
2. He should have at least 2-3 years of experience working as Legal officer for a Corporate house(Only from Banking & NBFC)
3.Should be computer literate and have working knowledge of MS-Excel.
4.Should be able to handle work related pressure.

5. Should have excellent drafting skills.
