Job Description

To adhere to the compliances as per the applicable Labor Laws Managing all court cases and supporting management with the legal counseling, case presentation and documentation required in all cases. Managing disciplinary actions against delinquent employees, forming charge sheets, show-cause notices etc. Monitoring Absenteeism and disciplinary proceedings for absentee cases Coordinating Domestic inquiry process as and when need arises To support and execute workmen recruitment in line with Wards Policy Maintaining all records and registers / documents for the verification at the time of inspection by the authorities to ensure no Non Conformities are observed Liaison with Statutory Authorities to seek advice and roll out of new amendments,
